How payouts work
CreaseCall records a $30 payout for each completed paid game, scheduled for approximately one hour after puck drop. Choose the manual payout method you already use when you apply.

Is the total really $40?
Yes. A standard game up to 90 minutes is a flat $40. There is no player membership or extra booking charge.
What happens after I request a goalie?
Your game is saved with a unique request number. CreaseCall reviews the details and contacts suitable local goalies. You pay only after a goalie is confirmed.
How is the $40 payment divided?
Square collects the $40 customer payment. CreaseCall records $30 owed to the confirmed goalie and a $10 gross platform share before Square processing fees. The $30 goalie payout is scheduled for approximately one hour after puck drop and tracked on the owner's payout board.
How does the six-game pass work?
The pass costs $200 and adds six standard-game credits to the email used at checkout. After a goalie is confirmed, check the request with that same email and choose “Use 1 game credit.”
Can I use Afterpay?
Eligible buyers may see Afterpay during secure Square checkout after it is enabled and approved on the CreaseCall Square account. Approval and financing terms come from Afterpay. CreaseCall does not earn lender interest.
What if nobody is available?
You are not charged. A request starts the search but does not guarantee a match, especially for last-minute or holiday ice times.
Which rinks do you cover?
CreaseCall's Grand Rapids branch covers Grand Rapids, Kentwood, Walker, Wyoming, Holland, Georgetown Township, and nearby areas. Choose a listed rink or the other-rink option when submitting your game.
